Shipping Policy

Zotory.com is focused to deliver all orders at the earliest possible and we offer Free Shipping to our customers at a minimum purchase of Rs.500. Please go through the following and if you still have any queries please mail to care@zotory.com or call our customer care. Feel free to reach out to us, we are always happy to hear from you. All shipments are usually delivered within 2-8 business days.

• How long will it take to get my order?
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Product page of each product. After placing an order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

In some cases, delivery may get delayed due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will immediately reach out to you. Please keep a tab on your emails for such updates incase of shipping delays.

• Does Zotory.com charge you for shipping?
Zotory.com offers Free Shipping to its customers at a minimum purchase of Rs.500. Shipping charge of Rs.60 will be levied on all orders below the above mentioned purchase value and this is a non-refundable charge.

• Are there any additional charges for COD?
No. We don't charge customers anything extra for Cash On Delivery (COD). To win the hearts of customers who are just thinking of joining the Zotory Shoppers List we have abolished the COD fee of Rs.30 that we previously had. So Stop Thinking Start Shoping.

• Why is the delivery time different for different products?
Zotory.com sources its products from different vendors in different locations. We display the shipping days for each product based on the time it takes to reach us from our vendors and hence the difference in the shipping days.

• Will I receive all products on my order in a single package?
We at Zotory.com strive to deliver to you at the earliest, so incase some products from our vendors take time to reach us we will ship the products that are available with us immediately to you and send the remaining in another shipment. We will not charge you separately for the two shipments.

• Does Zotory.com deliver on all days of the week?
We deliver on all business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

• Why didn’t I get all the products I ordered?
In some cases, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In case this happens we’ll ship that part of the Order that is available in stock.
In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that particular product.
