What is Zotory.com’s Return Policy?
We provide a 30 days return policy to our customers. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What is the eligibility to return a product?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What are the items that are not eligible for return?
For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary goods.(Example- Vests, briefs, panties, bras, etc). In case the intimate or sanitary products you received are damaged in any way we will be happy to offer you a return.
Are there any documents needed to return a product?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (retail invoice) that’s it.
How do I know that my return package has reached Zotory.com?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your return is approved, then we’ll ship your replacement at the earliest or a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or any other method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I return items I bought during Sale?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange the purchased items?

To which address should I send in my returns?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 556, Poonamalle High Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai-600029. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Will I get the shipping cost with my refund?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Within how many days will I receive my exchange product?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. On an average we try our best to send the exchange products within 15 working days.
